After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link to access your animated mockup(s).
Ensure you provide a valid email address and check for any typos to avoid delays. If you don't see the email, please check your spam/junk folder or ensure your inbox isn't full.
You will need to use Adobe After Effects (version 25.2.2 or a more recent version) to upload your design into the animated mockups.
Our mockups require no installation.
Simply download the folder and import a mockup into Adobe After Effect. You will be able to import your design by dragging it in the After Effects document.
A user guide (video + PDF) is provided with every product to ensuring you have the best experience possible.

Orders, payment and policies
Due to the nature of digital downloads being irrevocable, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once they have been downloaded.
If you haven't received your download link or login code, it may have been filtered into your spam/junk folder, or there might have been a typo in your email address. Please check these first.

An invoice or receipt will be sent to the email address you provided upon completing your purchase. This email will include details of your transaction and can be used for your records.
We support payments through major providers including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay or PayPal.
