Legal notice
By purchasing and downloading any digital product from Atomic Mockups, you are granted a license to use the assets under the terms outlined below. This license is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable agreement between you (the user) and Atomic Mockups (the licensor).
What You Can Do
You are allowed to use Atomic Mockups products:
- For personal or commercial projects, including client work, branding presentations, and promotional content.
- In static or animated exports, such as social media posts, pitch decks, websites, and video campaigns.
- As part of paid design services, including mockup visuals for client delivery.
- In unlimited projects and across multiple platforms (Instagram, Behance, YouTube, etc.), as long as you’re the end user.
What You Cannot Do
You are not allowed to:
- Resell, sublicense, share, or distribute the original mockup files (e.g., PSD, MP4, or template formats), even if altered or modified.
- Include Atomic Mockups assets in any product for resale (e.g., UI kits, templates, themes, downloadable products).
- Use our products as part of a service where users customize and download mockups themselves (mockup generators, SaaS, etc.).
- Claim the assets as your own intellectual property.
- Use our products in any illegal, offensive, defamatory, or pornographic content.
Multi-User or Team Usage
One license covers one individual. If multiple team members or designers need access, you must purchase one license per user. For enterprise or agency licensing, please contact us directly at care@atomicmockups.studio.
Copyright & Ownership
All mockups, templates, animations, and related materials are the intellectual property of Atomic Mockups. Purchasing a license does not grant ownership—only usage rights as specified above.
Termination
Violation of this License Policy will result in the immediate termination of your license, without refund, and may lead to legal action if necessary.
