Welcome to Atomic Mockups. By accessing or using our animated mockups, templates, or any other digital design assets ("digital files"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all purchases, downloads, and usage of our digital content.

2. Access & Delivery

Instant Delivery: Once your purchase is completed, you’ll receive immediate access to your files via email or your account dashboard.

No Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU law, downloading digital content disables the standard withdrawal period. By completing your download, you accept that refunds are not applicable except in special circumstances (see section 6).

Usage License: All purchases come with a non-exclusive license allowing you to use the files for personal or professional creative projects. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the original or modified files is not allowed. Full license details can be found in our License Policy.

3. Ownership & Copyright

All content distributed by Atomic Mockups is protected by copyright. This includes animations, templates, and associated resources.

You are not permitted to:

• Claim any of our work as your own.
• Resell or publicly distribute our mockups in whole or in part.
• Upload our files to marketplaces, platforms, or sharing services.

4. Intended Use

Our assets are built to support digital design workflows such as mockup creation, branding visuals, product showcases, and user interface presentations.

You may:

• Customize and use our files for branding, marketing, web content, and client presentations.
• Export animations or visuals for commercial display as part of your final creative output.

However, they are not suitable for uses requiring regulatory compliance, like technical schematics or certified documentation.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, once a file is downloaded, all sales are final. Refunds will only be considered if:

• The product is proven to be faulty or unusable.
• The item description was significantly misleading.

This complies with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Atomic Mockups respects your privacy. We only collect essential data required to fulfill your order and improve your user experience.

These terms are governed by European Union legislation and any relevant national laws. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts within the EU.

10. Promotional Rights

We reserve the right to showcase work that includes our mockups in promotional content such as case studies, website galleries, or social media posts. When possible, credit will be given to the creator.

We may revise these terms periodically. Updates will be reflected on this page, and continued use of our products implies your acceptance of any revisions.
